세계의 탑 세계의 탑 acrylic on canvas, 90.9 x 60.6cm, 2012 시리즈의 형태는 인간들의 집단에 대한 특징- 그가 속한 집단적 사고 패턴과 자신의 사고 패턴의 유사성을 강조함으로써 형성되는 의식-을 나타내고자 했다. 은 ‘만약 세계가 둥근 지구가 아니고 길다란 탑이라면? 그리고 그 탑은 실은 우주를 넘나드는 문이라면 어떨까?’ 라는 궁금증과 함께 제목을 ‘시작점’으로 만들어진 반추상적 상상화이다. 이러한 궁금증은 작업 활동 중에 이라는 만화책을 보고 영감을 받아 ‘집합인간’의 형상으로 이미지화 시킨 것이다. 책에 나오는 에피소드들 중에 「탑을 나는 새(塔に飛ぶ鳥)」 라는 제목의 만화에서 구체적인 형상이 떠올랐다. 연구자는 집합적 인간을 길다란 공간에 빼곡히 채워 넣어 우리 모두가 세계의 .. 더보기
